34BigThings – Apple Arcade Privacy Policy

34BigThings S.r.l.’s (“34BT”) Privacy Policy is designed to provide clarity regarding your use of our games published and made available to you by Apple through its Apple Arcade service (“Games”). By installing and using our Games, you agree to 34BT’s Privacy Policy. If you have questions or complaints regarding our privacy policy or practices, please contact us as described below.

We know that you care how information about you is used and shared. We respect the privacy rights of consumers, and recognize the importance of protecting your information.

Our Games on Apple Arcade use only services provided by Apple. For information on data stored by Apple services, please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not store personal or gameplay data on our servers. We do not share any data with third parties.

Although the Apple Arcade version of our Games make use of player data and settings preferences, all data described in this Privacy Policy is stored locally on your device or sent only to Apple (for Game Center or iCloud).

If you do not want the Games to collect this data and information, then you must delete the Games from your device and, if you have enabled saving information in iCloud, from iCloud.

In order to participate in Apple’s Game Center, the Games will also collect (i) your Apple Game Center Team Player ID and (ii) your progress in the Games (e.g., missions completed, objectives, tokens collected, upgrade level for each subsystem and your current liverie for the ship). You can turn off tracking of this information — but if you do, then certain features of the Games won’t work. For example, you won’t be able to keep your tokens collected or missions unlocked.

You may decline to store data in iCloud or to send data to Game Center. To turn off iCloud data storage, you must turn off iCloud in Apple Settings for our game. As a result, you will only be able to play in single player offline mode. To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings. As a result, you will not gain achievements.

We handle data from children under 13 years of age, or equivalent minimum age in the child’s relevant jurisdiction, in the same way as other users and as described in this Policy. We limit our data collection and use to persistent identifiers to support the internal operations of the game only. If you are a parent, you can decline to have that data collected from your child by turning off iCloud for our game and signing your child out of Game Center.

Players can delete their game data and preferences stored in iCloud via the settings menu or can have full access to this data via Apple provided tools at https://privacy.apple.com

If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding our Privacy Policy and/or practices, please send an email to privacy@34bigthings.com
