34BigThings is one of the most interesting game development studios in Italy: we build games we love, on every platform we can put our hands on.

We started in a sitting room, just three people, working on our games while sustaining the studio via B2B work. Today, we set the quality bar in our country.

  • Programmer(s)
    • There’s never enough
    • C++ and UE4 based entry test
    • State-of-the-art technical pipeline and templating work

  • UI Programmer
    • Experience in UMG (BP design and C++ implementation)
    • Passion and a good eye for UI design and animations
    • Basic knowledge of the UX design principles
  • Animator
    • A good eye for smooth body mechanic and acting animations
    • Knowledge of game engines animation workflow and pipeline
    • Nice to have: experience with MOCAP system or camera layout

  • Tech Animator
    • Owns the animation pipeline and solves tech related issues for runtime and cinematic animations
    • Good knowledge of Unreal Engine animation system
    • Experience with MOCAP suits

  • Senior Game Designer
    • Strong background in game design and experience in multiple full production cycles
    • Excellent at listening, reasoning, exploring alternatives, and finding a synthesis
    • Fully comfortable with Unreal Engine and the Google Docs suite, bonus points for programming experience

  • VFX Artist
    • Owns the Visual effects pipeline from asset creation to gameplay integration
    • Deep knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 and its Niagara system and Materials
    • Tech-savvy artist or creative programmer with solid sense of beauty

  • Quickload Program Associate – based in Turin, Italy
    • A genuine passion about gaming and innovation, experience is a plus
    • Knowledge about economics, project management and market analysis
    • Strong interest about shaping the future of the game industry
